In the session we listen to some of the challenges the children may face at Secondary school and from this we present some strategies to help combat some of these fears.

Through the hour and a half session the children learn how to tie a tie, work on some planning exercises in readiness for September, listen to some current year 7s with their top tips and have an opportunity to ask questions to the insight team with their advice.

In the session we also look at life sometimes being hard like in the psalm (song) in the Bible that also speaks of the promise of their being a shepherd who can look after his sheep.
