Volunteers

Insight wouldn't be able to do some of it's work without a group of volunteers.

Here are some of our volunteers :-

Gareth Edwards

I help out at the Simpson's Club on Tuesday lunchtimes at CCC. We have recently launched a new group aimed at year 9 and above. Please pray for the youngsters who come along. that they will understand and love our saviour God. I have also been able to take part in a day on Easter with the year 7s and a Christmas event for primary schools.
As a father, church member, youth worker and ex-teacher, I can see how vital it is to be in schools teaching the Bible. I count it a great privilege to be involved.

I am the Children, Youth and Families Worker at Kingston United Reformed Church.  I volunteered for Insight for many years before taking a break but am now back for more!!  I am helping to lead the Simpsons Club at Holy Cross with Darryl, running the SOUL CU at Tolworth Girls and on the Open The Book team at St. Luke’s Primary School.  I love being back.  It’s good to teach Bible truth to young people who may not hear much otherwise and to feel like I’m part of a big team.  When I’m not working, I love going to dance classes and the theatre.

I am a working mum of two school age children and help out at Ellingham Primary school Bible club, run on a Thursday after school. I am so grateful to those who faithfully taught me the gospel as a child ..... they must have often felt it fell on deaf ears but so much of the truth was locked in my heart during my childhood, just waiting for the time many many years later that I would fall to my knee's and call out His name. It is a privilege to tell a child that Jesus loves them, and I am thankful to Insight for giving me that opportunity.

There are so many opportunities to be involved with us; in Primary/Secondary school clubs, administration or a general help in schools. Click the button to sign up
