Welcome!

Thank you for taking the time to browse our site. We are a Christian Schools Work Trust that has been working in local schools in the Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames since 1988. As a team we are here to serve local schools through presenting Christianity in a number of different forums.

Insight Schools Workers are fully qualified teachers available to Kingston & Richmond schools to teach Christianity in RE lessons and deliver assemblies & collective worship sessions. We help to run 18 Bible clubs and Christian Unions in local schools and host major events in our partner churches at Christmas, Easter & Summer time.

Here’s some feedback we’ve received from our local schools recently:

'Children are really engaged and facilitated deeper learning and discussion.' Teacher at Kings Oak Primary

"The club is well-run, with lots of enthusiasm, great content and the girls that attend love it! There have been good relationships built between the leaders and the students. And it's free!! The leaders are excellent and do a really good job, they are punctual and reliable. They have also helped and supported us with other activities throughout the year which has been an extra bonus. So thank you!!" - Head of RE Department, Catholic Secondary School in Kingston-Upon-Thames

"We enjoyed being with another school and meeting other children who are going to the same secondary school." Pupils at St Luke's C.E. Primary after the 'It's Your Move' Lesson.

"It' been fantastic. Planning the sessions provisionally together worked particularly well and the detail to the individual lessons was well pitched and very engaging. Easy to work with, opportunity to bounce ideas off each other, excellent experience and expertise as well as very flexible to the needs of the school." - Primary School SENCO & RE Lead Teacher in Kingston-Upon-Thames

"We think the lessons are fun. She has different ways of teaching. She uses real life objects and it's interactive." Pupils at Malden Parochial C.E. Primary

"Darryl has been really supportive this year, and it's been really great to have his expertise and enthusiasm in the after school club and on school trips." - Catholic Secondary School Chaplain in Kingston-Upon-Thames

"Anne has continued to be a wonderful addition, bringing new ideas and creative lessons to the children. She has communicated well to ensure she knows what units are being covered and has taught to a given learning objective in each lesson. Her lessons have been well reviewed by teachers and pupils; staff have learnt from watching her." Deputy Headteacher at Malden Parochial C.E. Primary

"The enthusiasm and friendly approach of all the Insight members was lovely and they were flexible as to what and when they presented." - RE Teacher, Tolworth Girls' School

'Thank you for all your hard work and all you do to inspire and engage the children.' Teacher at St Joseph's Catholic Primary

"As we have been working with Insight for a number of years now, we make sure that the units we are teaching fit in with the service provided. The lessons complement our units on Christian beliefs." Teacher at Burlington Juniors

"We enjoyed the worship with popcorn which taught us about changing and not worrying about being different from other people." Pupils at St Luke's C.E. Primary

"The worship is always extremely well resourced and prepared in advance. I like the links and simple way that the stories or teaching are explained in a child friendly way. The children are encouraged to participate and are given the opportunity to reflect and think." Teacher at St Luke's C.E. Primary

"The sessions are interesting and informative." Teacher at Green Lane Primary
